This place sucks wanted to take a shower and the guy say they have to be clean and I ask him how long he tell me 3 hour to clean up. The bathroom are really dirty look like they only clean once a week. The food is nasty some of the item they have we don't have or only serve it at breakfast or we dont carry it nomore in the store some of the product has dust or dead bug by it they only good thing about this palce is there always parking for big rig, R.V., car
Hubby ordered beef fajitas and I had the hot roast beef sandwich. Both were well cooked, hot and the fajitas had plenty of flavor. The c-store is now attached to the main building and is well stocked with a variety of snacks and beverages. They sell Chesters chicken in the store. The restrooms and restaurant needs upgrades, but the food is decent.
And $3.71 for a bottled tea is INSANE.
Close this dump already. I’ve been stopping here 20 years and this is the last time. Has never been much here, but you at least could get the basics. A quick bite and a clean toilet. Chester’s chicken has NO chicken at lunch time, the bathroom has been tagged by every “dreamer” in Texas, the parking lot is a bombed out mess, the restaurant couldn’t be slower. If I have 30 mins to stop I expect to be able to grab something to eat and go. Not waste my time.
